Elaine is energetic, empathetic, enthusiastic, educational, encouraging, and EMPOWERING! Upon my recent stay at Mercy State Street, I met many wonderful members of the nursing staff who were extremely compassionate and helpful. They all made me feel safe and cared about. Having only one other operation in my life I assumed I just needed to rest and recuperate.
Elaine immediately impressed me by making me understand how important it was to take an active role in my recovery. She explained the accomplishments I needed to make and explained why. She GENUINELY cheered my progress and encourage me through the tough moments. Her professionalism and dedication should be recognized.
