Elaine is the kindest and sweetest most caring nurse. She was very attentive and anticipated what I needed before I asked. No matter how busy she was she was always happy to help me with anything I needed. The thing that meant the most to me was when Elaine started her shift this morning and came to check on me, I was crying. I had a bad night and I was in a lot of pain. Elaine got my pain medication and held my hand and prayed a heartfelt prayer that touched my heart. Elaine cares about each and every patient. I realized during my stay here at Kaiser how hard your nurses work. They are spread very thin and work so hard to give each patient individualized care. Elaine is a gem and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
