I have had the pleasure to work with Elaine at the VA for the past several years. She has been an integral part of all our surgical specialties at the VA. I work closely with her in the Wound Clinic Department. She is always readily available to assist with procedures, dressing changes, and equipment needs. She is very proficient, and her work is always detail-oriented. She also expresses a desire to keep learning and updating her skills. I am confident she has the skill set necessary for any clinical setting. Elaine has compassion, intelligence, and excellent patient skills. She is a great asset to our surgical department.
