Elaine Iorio, RN

I was admitted for wrist and hand surgery, and Elaine was my pre-op nurse. From the second I sat down, she was warm, friendly, and so personable - after just a couple of minutes, we were laughing together as if we had known each other for much longer. Her attitude and demeanor went a long way towards helping me relax and not be nervous about my surgery. I am very grateful to her and actually everyone on the staff for making a stressful event so much easier to deal with, almost pleasurable even.
