Most of the time, employees who work the night shift don't get recognized as they should. I was a patient on 3 South and I met a young woman named Elaine Jones, she was my nurse for 2 nights. I want to say thank you for everything. You made me feel safe and cared for. No matter what was going on, you always made time for me. I could tell that you love your work and your patients. You were friendly, compassionate, confident and always respectful. Thank you again and I hope Greater Heights realizes what a wonderful nurse you are.
