Nurse Pace is an extremely caring nurse that provides care to incarcerated inmates in the state of Virginia. In this role, she comes across many different situations from a vast population of different backgrounds. She does her job each day in a professional manner without judgment of the individual whom she is providing care for. Nurse Pace offers her time while on duty and off duty to assist Security staff with issues that they are not as familiar with as she is and provides sound resolutions to help them as well as the inmates in her care. During times of COVID, she never faltered in her complete dedication to keeping staff and inmates informed of the protocols that were ever-changing as she routinely made wellness checks each day as well as on the weekends when she was scheduled to be off duty. Nurse Pace's dedication to her job, her profession, and her state is unmatched. Her positive attitude is adopted by those that she cares for and the staff that she is around. It is a pleasure to work with Nurse Pace and her dedication is second to none.
