Eldena was the kindest, most caring nurse B has ever had in his many stays at your hospital. She was always right there when he'd press the call button for a nurse. She helped him go to the bathroom and position him in the bed, so he'd be more comfortable. When other visitors were in the hall being quite loud, she asked them politely to go to the lounge area so he could rest. She explained everything that was being done by the doctor and made sure that I understood how to care for him when we went home after his stay. Everything was said and done out of love and compassion. She treated B like he would have been her own father she was caring for. Keep up the good work!
Thanks to all the wonderful care, B is back to fully being recovered. He is as good as new again. Thanks to all the doctors and caregivers.
