He is caring for applying the professional practice model PPM in daily practice and sharing in all shared governance like nurse leader council. He takes care of his colleagues. He is sharing in many improvement projects to increase patient and staff satisfaction in his units. He has good communication skills and a leadership style. Also, he is handling Post CABG patients properly. He is a role model for his staff.
