Eleanor went above and beyond the call of duty, as a nurse and as a mother, she felt for her patient who had been separated from her children for 30+ years, no communication since then. She was able to locate one of her patient's sons. Both mother and son agreed to talk with each other. It was a very emotional experience as some nurses witnessed the patient's reaction when the son immediately said "I love you mom," and the patient responded, "I love you Andy".
