Eleanor made the patient's family feel like part of her family.

"She was not only there for my husband, but she was there for my kids and me."

She helped keep everyone's spirits up, has a wonderful bedside manner and is professional and kind. Eleanor goes above and beyond for her patients.

"God bless her in being such a great nurse. You need more like her."

She showed great concern for the patient's comfort and care.

"Her care for our family was incomparable, but more importantly the passion she demonstrated to her patient."

Eleanor's patients receive genuine and compassionate care. She made sure the patient's room could accommodate the 15+ family members that visited and always had comfort trays sent.

"Just when you think we are exclusive in the giving of her care, as I walk through the hall, I hear her giving the same care to ALL of her patients."

She even took a young child to pick out an afghan to put over the patient and gave a family member a small cross as she new they were a family of faith. She communicated very well with both the patient and family to keep them updated on the plan of care.
