Elena was always checking and making sure my mother was comfortable and with no pain, trying to make sure my mom was in a positive environment. Elena was super! Excellent customer service, even though she was super busy. She turned the customer service into a very human thing. Elena went above and beyond 1000%, positive attitude, taking care and making sure there was a positive experience.
