I was an out of state patient who suffered from a heart attack while in the Williamsport area. I received great care from all the staff, but Elena in particular made a real difference in my experience. She was very professional and provided exceptional care. As a former Chief of Police, I would have been proud to have her on my staff. She is an angel in disguise.
