Elena was an excellent RN, caring for patients, always with a smile and a positive persona. It helped the patients as well as the visitors even when the situation was grim. Each time she was called in or came in on her own to check on the patient, she was cheerful, but professional, she did her tasks efficiently and with care and concern for the comfort of the patient. Elena is a great nurse and deserves this award for excellence.
