Though the comfort only lasted minutes, I was deeply moved by Elena’s patience and the genuine concern she showed in trying to ease the woman’s fears.

Later, Elena went a step further and helped the woman place a phone call to her daughter. After the call, the woman was noticeably calmer and finally able to rest. That moment spoke volumes about Elena’s dedication to compassionate human-centered care.
