Every nurse and doctor were great with exceptional help to mom and baby. We are forever grateful. With Elena, she was really exceptional. She took some time to understand the baby and mother. Her care was a little extra in terms of service, timely routines, and an explanation of what she is going to do.
Our daughter, K, had pre-term labor and had to be brought in with 'C-section'. K, being the 1st baby and 3-weeks early, we were really nervous, and Elena shared her experience and also helped K with the formula and explained the pros and cons of formula. We are so grateful for her service to our daughter and family, and her enthusiasm.
