Elga Cadet is an excellent, highly professional and supportive Assistant Nurse Manager. During a recent rapid response, she immediately came to the room and assisted the nurses at the bedside, called physicians and coordinated care with other departments. She then assisted the transfer of the patient to the ICU. She is an assertive nurse leader who supports and advocates for her staff at all times.
