Eli Nicks, RN

My dad was admitted to the ICU after experiencing a seizure in the ER and later underwent surgery to remove a brain tumor. During the first week of his ICU stay, Eli Nicks provided exceptional care that made a difficult and frightening time much more manageable for our family. He was consistently attentive, thorough, and compassionate. He closely monitored my dad's condition, responded promptly to his needs, and always took the time to answer our questions within his scope of practice. His calm demeanor and clear communication helped us feel informed and supported throughout my dad's hospitalization.

What stood out the most was the genuine care and dedication Eli showed every day. He treated my dad with dignity, kindness, and respect, and it was evident that he truly loves what he does. His professionalism, clinical skills, and compassion had a meaningful impact on my dad's recovery and on our family during one of the most challenging times of our lives.
