During the most difficult time of our families life, Eli helped us navigate our fathers transition.
Eli answered all our questions with a calm and patient voice. He addressed my mother clearly so she could understand, even with her hearing difficulties. He cared for my father with love and promptness. He explained everything he did before he did it. He helped us understand what we were facing and come to terms with the decision we knew we had to make.
