Elian was my dad’s doctor while he was in the critical care unit. He was extremely compassionate, caring, and attentive. He made my mom and I feel very comfortable in a very stressful situation. He listened to our concerns and answered our questions with patience. He voices his concern about my dad’s constant movement when he is sleeping. His acknowledgment of this made us feel validated. He has a very compassionate heart and values his patient’s comfort and care. He cares about family, too. I had an issue on the last day when he was moving my dad, and he also encouraged me.

My husband was in for open heart surgery. He had some issues in Critical Care. All the nurses were great. But one stood out, Elian. My husband wasn’t communicating very well, and Elian treated him with kind words. He was very gentle and cared for him with respect. He answered all my questions and took the time to answer and explain things to me. He was patient and made me feel confident that my husband was getting the best care.
