February 2012 Honoree
eliana hill, RN, BSN
Eliana Hill, RN, BSN is new to Kaiser Permanente West Los Angeles. According to her nominator, “She was so gentle, patient, and understanding during my stay and made me feel safe when I was at my most vulnerable.”
“Her first day of orientation was on January 9, 2012. I had to mention this because, the moment I met Eliana for her interview, I immediately felt that she would become an asset to our organization. There is something so special about Eliana. Her caring nature seems to radiate even when you just talk to her. Her patients feel so grateful for the compassionate and personal nursing care she provides. Eliana is an asset to the nursing profession”, says her manager.
