Eliane Vieira 2, RN, BSN

I was admitted to the ER with bad abdominal pains, throwing up, and constant diarrhea. Once I was attended to and brought upstairs and admitted to my room, Eliane went straight to work to calm me, clean me up, and be by my side as much as her busy schedule would allow. I noticed how much she was being called to by other patients throughout the day, including me. I was a lot of work for her.

We were not in the clear yet, without a diagnosis or the specifics as to why I was so sick. Luckily, with her expertise, gentle demeanor, and calming presence, she allowed me to relax in other ways I had never experienced before with my prior hospital stays. She was a lifesaver. She pretty much spent the rest of the week tending to, listening to, and educating me on next steps for my stay.

I just want to make sure that she understands how much she’s appreciated for her knowledge, passion, and for just being there for me when I wasn't sure of the outcome. Eliane is the reason I believe I healed and maintained my inner peace through this whole experience. She's made the world a better place for me and so many others, in her reign as an RN.
