Every day that Elicia comes to work she puts a smile on her face and lots of pep in her step. She patrols the halls of 3 West looking for anyone who may need assistance, whether it is a patient, family, visitor or staff. That smile rarely leaves her face and is a welcoming sight to everyone.
Clinically, Elicia is outstanding, she follows best practice and keeps herself up to date with any policy or procedural changes and this information makes her a great resource for everyone. As a Charge Nurse, She is able to keep the workflow stable and efficient; Elicia realizes the importance of getting our patients into their beds in a timely fashion.
Personally, Elicia is one of the most selfless people you'll ever meet. She is dedicated to her patients, peers, and our Einstein vision. It is an honor to work with her.
