Eli was a very courteous and caring person. He changed my catheter without any problem. He explained each procedure before he did it. He was very considerate and possesses skills beyond his years of training. When you are a paraplegic like me, it makes a world of difference to have full faith and confidence in your nurse's knowledge, skills, and abilities. He was like a ray of sunshine!
