Elijah is very caring and warm towards both his patients and staff members. In my experience as his team member, he has checked in with me several times during any given shift, to make sure my patients and I are doing well. His actions show that he genuinely cares about the well-being of staff and patients, creating a feeling of calming safety. He can be easily approached. He handles difficult patient situations carefully and with grace, embodying admirable professionalism with a personal touch. It is a joy to work with him.
