Ms. Elisa was a blessing to me when I needed it the most. I've been here due to a serious infection in my ears. Not only is this whole ordeal very painful, but it is also very lonely. As well as losing my hearing for a few days. Ms. Elisa has shown compassion, patience, empathy, and sensitivity to a total stranger for hours on end. All with a smile on her face and warmth in her heart. During her shift, she made being here a little better. Ms. Elisa has stepped into my life and has made a big difference she saw me at my worst and reminded me that it will pass soon. My ugly crying turned into funny laughter. Thank you, Ms. Elisa, for showing me that there are wonderful people in this world still willing to put others before themselves.
