Elisabeth Calme succeeded through her warmth, professional approach with humor to calm me before a treatment that I was very worried and scared of. She was responsive and willing to listen to my requests that finally made it possible for me to start with the treatment. To face treatment that you know you must go through, that is absolutely necessary, while at the same time it feels totally impossible, is frightening. To be met with patience, warmth and calmness is extremely important and maybe something that at times can get lost in a stressful working environment. Elisabeth puts her patients first and is never perceived as stressed. Thanks to her nursing care I have been able to start treatment and no longer feel any worry. Thank you!
