Elisabeth had a patient who was a tourist. All the patient wanted to do was go home to Vermont. The patient took a turn for the worse and it looked like she might not make it home. Elisabeth was very busy that day, but took the time to print out pictures of Vermont scenery and placed it in the patient's room where she could see them. This one small act of kindness and consideration made the patient and her family so happy and comforted.

She has just been the best nurse and the greatest lady. We don't even have to push the call button as she is always there when you need her. My husband has been real sick and on a ventilator for nine days. She talked to him all the time, kept him clean and in a dry bed, always had his meds before they ran out. She was so nice to me and my son and got us anything we wanted or needed and told us what was going on so that we understood.
She is just the best of the best! She acted like we were family. We just love her, she is great and deserves the DAISY Award!

Elisabeth is the kindest nurse we have ever had, she exceeds the everyday responsibilities. My husband wants her as his nurse every day. She works so hard and she is so nice and bubbly. She talked to him when he was put out because of the tube in this throat. She just brightens up our whole day and is great all the time. Without her, I don't think he would be here now. Thank you!
