We are writing to commend Elisabeth Wall, better known as Cooper, who was our nurse for two days during a recent stay my husband had at the Salem VA Medical Center. Her level of care was superior-above and beyond. She was attentive, thorough, professional, and enjoyable. Her personality was contagious and put us at ease.
It was refreshing to have this experience and to be cared for by a nurse who took pride in her work, had true compassion for her patients, and made the inconvenience and uncertainty of our stay as pleasant as it could be.
I believe Cooper is an asset to Salem VA Medical Center and should be recognized for her quality service.
