elisha ehlers, RN

Elisha is compassionate and treats her patients with such kindness and empathy. It was Elisha that came up with the idea to throw her patient a graduation party because the patient was unable to attend her own graduation from high school. She inspired many others in our unit to join in and contribute to her project. She never asked anyone to help; I think we all saw how excited Elisha was to do this for her patient that others wanted to join in. Elisha spent her own personal time shopping for clothes and other items that would help this girl feel more like a teenager rather than a patient that has been in the hospital for such a long time.

Elisha is a fun person to work with because she is nice to everyone and makes our work environment a fun place to be. She really cares deep down for her patients and coworkers.
