Eliska is a real leader and captain who is there for her staff especially when the unit is busy and understaffed. She is very supportive. She accepts criticism and makes changes accordingly. She ensures that the workload is distributed equally to everyone.

Our unit is a busy unit but despite that, we feel supported. Problems arise from left to right but we always overcome them because of our nurse manager. She is always positive and looking at the situation in a positive way. She is always very flexible. If no staff is available, she will do bedside or help us with any procedure. So far the best I have seen in my years working in the kingdom. Her helping mentality and polite way of talking amaze me. Most eligible person as a nurse leader. She helps all staff during tough situations and treats us equally. She continuously supports staff, especially the new ones. Making sure that immediate answers are given to all queries. She is also fair to all staff.
