Elissa is amazing. She is so thoughtful and goes above and beyond. I was really nervous to talk to the doctor about what was going on with me. After Elissa's shift, she went out of her way on her own time to sit down with me and come up with questions and concerns I had. She helped me write out questions so when the doctor would come in I knew exactly what to ask and say to him, so I was not scrambling to put my thoughts together.
She is so sweet and kind. Elissa also put an IV in me in one attempt. Everyone else took 2-3 times. I am so lucky to have had her as my nurse. Thank you so much; you were my true VIP and really kept my spirits up even when I was feeling down. She is a natural at making you feel so much better.
