Eliza made a difference in a difficult visit and comforted my mother and me in this difficult situation.
Eliza delivered compassionate care to my mother in a time when we needed a calming voice and environment. She made my mother feel like she was treated like an individual and always had a smile and a positive attitude. I myself am a nurse and understand the unique and special qualities Eliza showed my mother. She is truly an angel of mercy as my mother puts it. She made a difference in a difficult visit and comforted my mother and me in this difficult situation. One visit can change a life and we will always remember how she supported us.
