I would like to recognize Ely because she embodies everything a nurse leader should be. She consistently goes above and beyond for both her patients and her team. Even though many of our patients are asleep or sedated during their care, she still takes the time to speak to them with warmth, dignity, and compassion. Her gentle bedside manner shows that she sees each person as more than just a patient.

She is always willing to lend a hand and support staff whenever needed. She leads by example, stepping in to help without hesitation, and creates a positive environment for everyone. She makes each team member feel valued and heard, which directly translates to better care for our patients. Her dedication, compassion, and professionalism make her truly extraordinary.
