Elizabeth was superb. She was very informative. Liz helped me relax and ensured me that my son was in good care. She treated me as a mother with an ill child in the hospital rather than a Registered Nurse. I was so appreciative of that because I was a mother and not a nurse at this time. She took her time and explained every step of his care. She met my need for her to be the nurse and allow me to be the "Mama". Liz was gentle and understanding even in the midst of his times of rudeness.
