My nurse is the kindest and most devoted person. She takes every opportunity that she can to help us learn and grow to become better nurses, especially us new grads! I feel like I can always go to her for any question because she has never made me feel bad for even the silliest question. Her reassurance and support have helped me to grow more confident in myself as a nurse.

Not only is she dedicated to her fellow staff, but also to the patients. Every time she engages with a patient, her warmth and welcome make them instantly feel at ease. She is a true leader and caregiver. Any patient ward would be lucky to have her. She is the best leader, nurse, and big sister that anyone could ask for. She makes me want to strive to become a better nurse. I hope this award will help everyone recognize how truly exceptional she is to us.
