We were with my mom and going through the end-of-life experience. Bess made this time more bearable. She helped us to navigate this time, and she spent time listening to our stories and answering all our MANY questions with true heart-felt compassion and genuine care and concern. When the time came, she made sure we knew what was happening and when the final breath was taken. We truly appreciated the printout of her last heartbeat and breath. Before we left, she even cried with us and gave us each a true hug. It takes a special person to do this job and I wanted her to know her compassionate care and concern not only for my mom, but the family was exceptional. A true angel for us.
