I arrived late in the evening with a pretty serious hemorrhaging issue after 10 days post-op. I was terrified, a complete mess. When the ER transferred me up to the 4th floor to be admitted for an over-night stay, I was still scared and bleeding. Beth was there from the start. Right away she was attentive, caring, and compassionate. I had to be cleaned up many times through the night, and she never once made me feel like a burden and was just so exceptionally kind! We had a great conversation about our dogs, and she absolutely just put me completely at ease. She made a very serious and scary situation much better for me to go through. All nurses should take notes from Beth's incredible bedside manner! Thank you so much, Beth!
