Elizabeth "Cheyenne" Thompson, RN

Cheyenne is a nurse that has been here for just over a year now. She has shown time and time again her dedication to her patients. Most recently, Cheyenne had a patient that had previously had cardiac arrest multiple times. The spouse of the patient was at the bedside all the time and was afraid to leave the patient. Cheyenne took it upon herself to personally purchase lunch for the spouse and bring it to them. The family was so appreciative of this simple yet meaningful action. Cheyenne received much-deserved praise from everyone. This is not something out of Cheyenne’s character, which is why she is most deserving of the DAISY Award.
