Every bit of what she does is above and beyond!
This nurse made me feel relaxed and comfortable before and after surgery. She was very nice with everything, and she was also very helpful with everything I asked for.

First of all, Beth was thorough and attentive, but also so relatable and warm. When she found out that it was our daughter’s senior night, and that we might not be able to make it because surgery was running behind, she was so caring, trying to find resolutions, even getting with the doctors to possibly reschedule. Every bit of what she does is above and beyond!

Beth was exceptionally kind, attentive, and compassionate. After my procedure, she made me feel completely safe and comfortable and provided reassurance. Her professionalism and kindness went far beyond the already high expectations I had for Kirby, leaving me deeply grateful for her care.

All the nurses in the dept were great. Beth, the nurse who took me back, was outstanding. I would highly recommend the dept at Kirby!

Beth was so attentive and caring. She explained everything to my son and me. She made me feel at ease and confident. Her personality and demeanor are perfect for her occupation. Everyone was so nice in the hospital. I’m so happy I had surgery at Kirby. Whenever I need to be in a hospital again, I have full assurance it will be a pleasant experience, as this visit was. Beth was very caring and understanding the whole way through the surgery process. My daughter was having her gallbladder out and was extremely nervous. She helped her stay calm and reassured her that everything would be ok. When we left, she told her to have a great senior year, do all the things, and stay positive all year. That meant a lot to me to send those encouraging words of positivity to my daughter for the year, and especially after her surgery. She is a great nurse with a caring heart for her patients. I’m so glad she was one of our nurses and helped us through a stressful day. Thanks.

Beth has amazing skills in comforting patients. We had a patient who was very distraught after a necessary intervention. Beth was able to calm him and help him regain his composure during his stay in PACU. So very happy she joined our surgery team!
