Elizabeth displays great dedication and loving care for the people she works with. In December, 2008, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was at a loss but Elizabeth stayed with me and talked with me throughout my journey from beginning until now. She has taken time to talk to me when I needed someone to talk to and explain what was happening to me in ways that no one else could. When I needed a shoulder to cry on, Elizabeth was there. She e-mailed me just to see how I was doing and before my surgery, she even brought me a bottle of beautiful colored nail polish which I had admired on her. She never stopped caring. I feel so bless to have had this nurse by my side when I began this journey. I never thought I would get to meet someone so special and caring. I personally feel Elizabeth is a guardian angel that God sent to Athens Regional because He knew I would need someone as special, kind and compassionate as she to help me. I cannot thank her enough for her knowledge, professionalism and kindness.I'm sure I'm not the only person she has shown such gifts to!
