Elizabeth Cooley was the embodiment of what I would expect a medical professional to be, and much more. She was not only knowledgeable and informative, she was personable, attentive and empathic. A credit to her profession. She made my stay at BIDMC a very positive experience.

She was my day nurse for the two days that I was there after surgery. She provided a very high level of care, something that we have come to expect from the Medical Profession, and so much more. In addition to her professionalism, what I thought most extraordinary about her was more about her personality and demeanor. She was such a wonderful person; personable, present, empathic, attentive and caring. I felt extremely comfortable under her care. Simply outstanding! I really can’t say enough about her. Thank you.

I have been in many hospitals and had many nurses over my years. Although there are more good than bad I do have to say that this nurse has left a very positive impression on me and will not be forgotten. She was kind, caring, patient, helpful, professional and I honestly could say many more qualities that I experienced. She is young and already a phenomenal nurse and I appreciate her very much! Above and beyond.
