Betty was extremely relaxed, efficient, and confident in the care she provided me after my lung biopsy, I felt the entire time as if I was her only patient, while I still knew she was providing the same care to others. She was able to make light of uncomfortable, unexpected situations that did arise while taking the utmost care to remedy them as well.
