Elizabeth Dickson, MSN, RN
My labor was super duper intense, and scary. It unfortunately led to an urgent c-section. Elizabeth Dickson stepped right up to not only prepare me, but to comfort me and my family. Truly she was the Rockstar of the show. My surgery ended up being extremely traumatic, and I felt much of it. And she ran to action to comfort me.
After surgery, Elizabeth was my advocate for all things I needed when I didn't have the exact words. She advocated for greater pain management as well as mental health care. My baby was placed for adoption to a wonderful family, and she took the time to get to know them. And to explain to other providers my situation, and it was incredible. My family and I have talked about her every moment since discharge. And she needs to know how appreciated and loved she is! All the staff was incredible! And I am so so grateful that it worked out that way! Thank you Liz and Marshfield Medical Center!
