Liz exemplifies bedside nursing with her compassion and empathy, with many comparing her to a modern-day Florence Nightingale. It is impossible to describe one single example of the work Liz does every day for her patients and colleagues. She is one of the first co-workers to take new staff under her wing and graciously learns new information from them. She also challenges her colleagues to be better in the best possible way.
