A patient nominated Elizabeth for being present every step of the way while she underwent her dreaded chemo treatments. The patient acknowledged Elizabeth as the reason she was able to get through the treatments. Elizabeth was described as easy to understand, communicated in detail, made the patient feel comfortable, and was pleasant with every interaction.

The patient stated Elizabeth was very busy, but she never showed any kind of stress or hurriedness.
