Moment of gratitude was shared in person by the patient. The patient in a very emotional tone expressed his gratitude for Nurse Elizabeth Rodriguez. “You see this Nurse here? She is the best Nurse, the most compassionate human being that I ever met in my life from all my experience as a patient as well as a human. She never stops going above and beyond to help. I came here so unhappy but the moment Nurse Liz introduced herself to me, she changed the entire atmosphere from dark to bright in and out. I tend to have an attitude especially when I am sick. However, Liz through her compassion kept having me laugh which triggered my progress. And every time Nurse Liz enters the room, I have to play a happy song for her on my cell. She would even do a happy dance. And all these things have been lifting me up. I don’t think I have enough words to describe Nurse Liz nor much to give her in recognition for the care and services she has provided me but if I had the means to personally hire or assign someone in charge of my health, Liz would be the one without second guessing.
