This wonderful nurse is the same way as a person. She listens intently to you. She also is very concerned about the people that she cares for. She’s smart and easy to talk to. I’ve had her for a few years now and I can say she is a great nurse you can rely on and get the best care that anyone could give. Elizabeth really deserves this DAISY Award for being an Extraordinary Nurse and people who are looked after by her should feel the same. I wouldn’t ask for anyone else to care for me because she knows how to care for you. Thank you.

Elizabeth is very special in that I have really liked the way she takes care of our needs and answers questions we have. We are comfortable in our surroundings, and she makes us feel like we are at home though we are not. I am very relaxed when I come to see the doctor and I know Elizabeth is somewhere around. When we had telephone talks, she made it comfortable to talk with her. She took the time to ask how I felt and how my medications were. If I had a question, I asked her and have my answer. She is a very wonderful nurse and I feel she is like family to us when we are at the clinic. I have never met a nurse I can trust and feel she is family. She always has a smile, is patient, and always has a good word to say. Is a good listener.

Each time I encounter Elizabeth she is smiling and very congenial, remembering small details of my life which were spoken about previously. She is concerned about my physical well-being so much that she will call after a visit to see if I’m feeling better. She is more like a friend than someone who sees me only occasionally. She answers questions I have even if she must ask me to let her call me back to make sure of her answer. She answers emails promptly even in this day and age when answers don’t come as quickly as we would like. She is a rare person! For me, she exemplifies a person committed to her calling in life. She demonstrates good character, and a dedicated desire to be the best and most she can be for the patients, the doctors, her team, and The Everett Clinic. We have been coming to the clinic for nearly 40 years and she is a gem.

Elizabeth is committed to the patients she is assisting. She is focused on any health condition you have brought to your primary care doctor. She follows up with the patient at home. She is quick to follow up and respond to emails when you ask general health issues. It’s a joy to see her when she enters the exam room. I’m relaxed right away.
