EB has gone above and beyond to advocate for a patient who has had a difficult time managing her disease process at home. EB has made herself available to this patient via phone and visits to assist her. She has coordinated multiple follow-up appointments and kept in close communication with the patient’s physician to discuss ideas and voice concerns for her care. EB has facilitated interdisciplinary communication to advocate for the patient to assure that we, as an agency, have provided the patient with all the resources and education that we possibly can. EB has been compassionate and an outstanding nurse in providing care in this difficult situation. Her patients and Fidelity are lucky to have her!
