Elizabeth was a patient advocate, team player, and had a positive attitude. Normally, the night shift nurses are more relaxed and laid back. But, Elizabeth came into the room to introduce herself. She was right there for my mother, who is 83 years old and needed extra care. Also, my mother needed someone with professional experience and a humble spirit. Elizabeth would explain to my mother what she was taking, and why she had to take the medication which demonstrated Elizabeth's educational and extraordinary clinical skills. Elizabeth has great time management skills and gets to the patients quickly once they pushed the nurse call button. I would definitely want Elizabeth on my team with her leadership skills and expertise.
