Liz frequently comes in extra shifts to assist Pediatrics on her time off. She does this because she truly cares about our patients and the high quality, compassionate care we provide. She takes extra care in explaining, teaching, and reassuring families and patients during all aspects of care. She shows genuine concern and is very supportive when families need that extra TLC. She is a clinically exceptional RN and always strives to meet patient and family needs. Yesterday during a Code, she participated in a way that provided a positive outcome for the patient.
